Position: Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Genesis Health is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join the team at Elm Wood. The LPN will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to provide top-notch nursing care, ensure positive clinical outcomes, and maintain patient and family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report condition changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements:
