Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi to join our team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.

• Follow inventory guidelines, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
