Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) standards.
- Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
- Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, lifting and carrying items up to 45 pounds, and general store maintenance.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma preferred; prior retail experience is a plus.
