Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. - Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for a secure and efficient operation.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of following company policies, maintaining cleanliness, and multitasking.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
