Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be involved in supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing schedules, and developing operational plans while mentoring the team. You should be able to demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills, uphold company values, and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and team performance to ensure excellent customer service.
• Understand and communicate company strategy and values to promote teamwork.
• Handle customer concerns and maintain store standards.
• Participate in hiring, scheduling, training, and performance evaluation processes.
• Manage store budgets, inventory, and product merchandising.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
• Previous retail experience required, with management experience preferred.
