Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is stocked, merchandised effectively, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills as outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide excellent customer service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Contribute to inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
- Competence in operating equipment and following cleaning standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and follow instructions efficiently.
- Meet state and local requirements for alcohol handling and sales.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
