Responsibilities
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Performing opening, mid, and closing duties
- Following department procedures for product handling and stocking
- Providing excellent customer service and suggestive selling
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work environment
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required
- Basic knowledge of products carried in the department
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Passion for natural foods and Whole Foods Market's mission
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for 6-8 hours
- Hand use and bending, twisting, and reaching motions
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals and varying temperatures
- Ability to work in wet and cold environments
