Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies in customer service and professionalism.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves and displays.
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail experience is a plus.
