Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the Aldi team. As a full-time Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with the team, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers during their shopping experience and communicate effectively with the team.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management.

Physical Demands

Physical requirements include stocking merchandise, lifting up to 45 pounds, and performing various tasks around the store.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail experience is a plus.
