Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Merchandise products, operate cash registers, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
- Collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist customers with their shopping needs and communicate effectively with the management team.
- Monitor inventory, provide feedback on products, and adhere to company policies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
