Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills consistently in your role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Experience in retail and general cleaning preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
