Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and collaborating with the ALDI team.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and report any issues to management.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
