Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center
