Job Description
Join Crestwood as a per-diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and take advantage of a flexible schedule. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide efficient nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as directed by physicians.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure as required by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
