Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN
Genesis Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time position from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. As an essential part of our team, you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient and compassionate nursing care to our patients, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and high levels of patient and family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Direct and supervise care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN license from the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
