Job Description
We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Health. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient nursing care, ensure positive clinical outcomes, and enhance patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
