Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will collaborate with team members, demonstrate excellent customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
