Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers and enhancing their shopping experience.
  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain product organization within the store.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and comply with company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and safely handle store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
