Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, operating a cash register, and maintaining store cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and stock merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
