Job Description

LifeBridge Health is seeking a Nursing Graduate to join our dynamic team at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional nursing care to patients, ensuring their physical, psychosocial, and educational needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in compliance with standards and protocols.
• Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise patient care plans.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines to deliver quality care.
• Maintain clinical knowledge and skills to facilitate patient care.
• Create a safe patient care environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
