Job Description
We are looking for a District Manager for the Jefferson Division at Aldi. As a district manager, your role will involve overseeing the operations of multiple stores, driving sales growth, and leading a team of employees. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
- Ensure adherence to company merchandising plans.
- Recruit, recommend, and manage store personnel.
- Coordinate with leadership to develop and implement strategies.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of human resource management.
