Job Description
We are looking for a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our dedicated team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations play a vital role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores, providing exceptional service to our growing customer base. In this role, you will work fewer than 30 hours per week and receive a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment.
- Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
