1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and inspect product quality.
• Assist in achieving budget goals and follow safety guidelines.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company policies.
• Operate equipment safely to execute job functions.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
