Job Description

We are looking for motivated RN New Grad Residency candidates to join HSHS St. John's Hospital's dedicated healthcare team. As part of our organization, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals, provide exceptional care to patients, and develop your nursing skills under the guidance of Registered Nurses.

Responsibilities

• Promote and restore patients' health by following the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide physical and emotional support to patients, families, and colleagues.
• Supervise assigned team members to maintain quality care standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with eligibility for state licensure.
• Preferably hold a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Prior experience in healthcare or service industry is beneficial.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain necessary licenses and certifications, such as BLS.

Requirements

• Illinois: Must have or be eligible for an IL nursing license.
• Wisconsin: Temporary Permit required, with licensure to be obtained within specified timeframes.
