Position: Maintenance Technician II
Location: Pioneer Ridge Apartments, Oregon City, OR
Salary: $24-$28/hr
CRMG is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform repairs, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, janitorial services, and pool maintenance at the Pioneer Ridge Apartments community. The ideal candidate must have excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Perform various maintenance tasks including repairs, landscaping, and janitorial services.
- Conduct pool maintenance and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in apartment maintenance.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of landscaping, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
- Experience with pool maintenance and operating equipment like pressure washers.
- Capability to lift up to 60 pounds and handle janitorial equipment safely.
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and clean driving record.
- Compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
