Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team at HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital in various procedural areas including Cath Lab, CVOR, and Main OR (Circulator). The ideal candidate will establish a compassionate environment, promote patient health, independence, and quality care while adhering to best practices and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.
• Complete the nursing process, collaborate with physicians and team members, and provide physical and psychological support.
• Promote patient independence, establish care goals, educate patients and families, and ensure patient understanding.
• Adhere to therapeutic standards, measure health outcomes, and follow nursing philosophies and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school with RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience in healthcare is a plus.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
