Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Nurse for Night Shift (6 p.m. to 6 a.m.) to join our team at Calumet Trace Senior Living. As a Licensed Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in the care and support of our residents in the Assisted Living and Memory Care programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct resident assessments and develop care plans.
• Manage medications and treatments.
• Implement and evaluate resident care plans.
• Document nursing services accurately.
• Provide residents with compassionate care while upholding their dignity.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration among staff members.

Requirements

• Valid nursing license (RN or LPN).
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care settings.
• Proficient in assessment, care planning, and medication management.
