Join Liberty Healthcare Management and make a difference in the lives of our residents as a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN). We are currently looking for a dedicated individual to oversee the nursing staff and ensure top-quality patient care during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct nursing staff to deliver the best patient care.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in coordinating and managing the Nursing Services Department.
• Ensure compliance with nursing regulations, facility policies, and procedures.
• Provide support to nurses during acute episodes with patients.
• Address and document employee issues promptly.
• Participate in on-call duties as required.
• Perform additional assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current RN license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Demonstrate a passion for geriatric nursing and follow physician orders diligently.
• Maintain annual CPR certification and attend mandatory training sessions.
• Effectively supervise nursing staff and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Adhere to facility, department, and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Experience in Long Term Care is advantageous.
