Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) to join our team at Yadkin Nursing Care Center. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing nursing services for the unit/hall following the Nursing Practice Act.
• Delegate duties to professional and non-professional nursing personnel, monitoring their performance.
• Observe patients for symptoms, reactions, and changes in condition, reporting emergencies promptly.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient needs are met.

Requirements

• High school graduate; Licensed Practical Nurse from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Willingness to work as a charge nurse and provide compassionate care to geriatric patients.
• CPR certification and commitment to ongoing professional development.
