Registered Nurse

Job Description

Liberty Healthcare Management is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a part-time basis during weekends (7am - 7pm). As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring quality nursing care for patients by following physician's orders, state and federal regulations, and facility policies. You will administer medications, supervise nursing assistants, assist physicians with rounds, and document patient care activities.

Responsibilities

• Assure quality nursing care for patients following physician's orders and regulations.
• Administer medications as ordered and per facility policies.
• Lead, guide, and supervise nursing assistants.
• Assist physicians with rounds and patient care activities.
• Perform treatments, maintain infection control measures, and adhere to all cleanliness regulations.

Requirements

• Graduated Registered Nurse from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Hold a current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Provide quality nursing care, follow doctor's orders, and have a genuine interest in geriatric nursing.
• Be CPR certified yearly and attend required in-service training.
