Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Medication Technician to join the Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services team at Three Rivers Health and Rehabilitation Center. As a Medication Technician, you will be responsible for administering medication following established procedures, providing essential care to residents, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication in accordance with Medication Administration policies and procedures.
• Perform vital sign assessments and other designated procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of medication administration and resident care activities.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and visitors.

Requirements

• Registered on the NAI registry with no history of abuse or neglect allegations.
• Completion of state-approved training program and competency evaluation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
