Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team at Charter Senior Living of Paducah. As a Licensed Nurse, you will be responsible for administering medications and treatments to our residents in a professional and caring manner during the NOC Shift (6p-6a).
Responsibilities
- Understand and document resident information accurately and confidentially.
- Notify the relevant authorities of any changes in resident conditions.
- Assist in managing medication records and orders.
- Monitor and report any discrepancies with pharmacy orders.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed Nurse (LVN/LPN) in the state.
- Previous experience with the elderly population is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in English and CPR certification.
- Background check clearance is mandatory.
