• Understand customer needs and provide tailored engine machining solutions.
• Operate and maintain machine shop equipment safely and proficiently.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Manage diverse jobs from various industries such as agriculture, high-performance, diesel, and vintage/restoration.
• Estimate job requirements accurately and ensure timely delivery of work.
• Communicate effectively with customers throughout projects.
• Perform a range of machine shop tasks including engine rebuilds, reconditioning of parts, and more.

Requirements

• Manual dexterity for machining and assembly operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to lift a minimum of 70 pounds regularly.
• Proficiency in standing, lifting, bending, walking, and some computer knowledge.
