Salary Range: $18.72-$28.08

The Member Advisor ensures that HHCU members are consistently satisfied in the service they receive and are being offered the right products and services to meet their financial needs. Responsible for establishing new member relationships and strengthening existing ones. Through friendly consultation and collaboration, the Member Advisor identifies and recommends HHCU products and services in a way that creates a member experience that surpasses expectations with every interaction. Advising, cross-selling, and completing transactions and general account service needs are core responsibilities, including transaction and account maintenance requests, product/service inquiries, new account/loan applications.

Knowledge Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Professionalism and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of retail and Credit Union products
• Consistent sales and service performance
• Ability to analyze data and maintain positive relationships

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years retail experience with customer interaction
• Cash handling and clerical work experience
• Loan training preferable

Work Environment/Physical Demands

• Work in branch/corporate settings
• Physical mobility and dexterity required
• Normal lifting and movement abilities
• Typical administrative work environment
