We are looking for a dedicated Relationship Banker I, Bilingual, to join our team at Field & Main Bank. As a Relationship Banker, you will provide essential cash receipt and payment services to customers, ensuring their needs are met by offering comprehensive information on our range of products and services. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish to assist customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Translate and interpret statements between English and Spanish.
• Manage cash transactions accurately and securely.
• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service and cash handling experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
