Job Description
We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will assist in providing efficient nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
