Job Description
We are looking for a talented Trailer Mechanic/Technician B to join our team at Southeastern Freight Lines, Inc. As a Trailer Mechanic/Technician B, you will play a crucial role in inspecting, repairing, and maintaining all trailers and related equipment used in the transportation and handling of freight. Your responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance, diagnosing breakdowns, and troubleshooting component parts and systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, repair, and maintain trailers and related equipment.
- Track work to meet service schedules and customer commitments.
- Troubleshoot and perform failure analysis on trailer parts and systems.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or other breakdowns.
- Perform routine maintenance and system rebuilds as necessary.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Background check and alcohol/drug test required.
- Preferably experience in welding, fabrication, and construction.
Pay
$26.98-$33.98 Per Hour
