Job Description
Slumberland Furniture is currently seeking a dedicated Home Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of the delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient delivery, setup, and inspection of merchandise for our valued customers. If you enjoy working independently, meeting new people, and providing exceptional customer service, this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities
- Deliver merchandise in a safe and efficient manner.
- Inspect, set up, and verify merchandise for accuracy.
- Maintain clean delivery vehicles and perform daily maintenance.
- Ensure the safety and proper handling of all trucks and equipment.
Requirements
- 21+ years of age.
- Solid work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work day-shift schedules in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pass DOT requirements, background checks, and drug screenings.
