Job Description
As a Team Leader at Store 7139, you will play a crucial role in leading and training team members to consistently provide an exceptional guest experience at Jack in the Box. Your responsibilities include ensuring the delivery of great tasting food, meeting guest expectations, and upholding JIB procedures and standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Candidates must have 6 months of JIB experience and be 100% certified in all workstations or possess 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service setting.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be at least 18 years old, complete Team Leader training classes, and may need to be ServSafe certified. Strong communication skills, basic math proficiency, ability to work well with diverse groups, analytical skills, and good organizational capabilities are required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift, carry moderate weight, operate a cash register, and communicate effectively with guests.
