Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members to achieve operational excellence and contribute to a positive working environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a tidy and organized store environment by stocking shelves, arranging merchandise displays, and performing general cleaning duties.
• Process customer purchases efficiently while providing top-notch customer service.
• Work collaboratively with team members to communicate effectively and support store operations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient store operation.
• Contribute to inventory management by participating in inventory counts and monitoring inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and tools related to store operations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
