Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. This position offers an hourly wage starting at $17.00.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Assist customers and collaborate with team members and management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
- Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
