Responsibilities
- Review user-generated content to uphold accuracy and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training to implement correct policies
- Classify and eliminate sensitive content according to client-defined parameters
- Resolve complex content issues within specified turnaround times
- Remain up to date on operational guidelines, policy updates, and Community Standards
Requirements
- Experience with internet navigation and social media platforms
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts and flexibility to meet changing business needs
- Comfort with reviewing potentially explicit or inappropriate content
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
- High school diploma or equivalent
