Responsibilities

  • Review user-generated content to uphold accuracy and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training to implement correct policies
  • Classify and eliminate sensitive content according to client-defined parameters
  • Resolve complex content issues within specified turnaround times
  • Remain up to date on operational guidelines, policy updates, and Community Standards

Requirements

  • Experience with internet navigation and social media platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work various shifts and flexibility to meet changing business needs
  • Comfort with reviewing potentially explicit or inappropriate content
  • Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
  • High school diploma or equivalent
