Site Director-PIV

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Site Director for PIV at Career Systems Development Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective operation of student programs and activities at the Job Corps Center, ensuring the achievement of established goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Administer assigned components of the Job Corps Center.
• Maintain center goals, 100% OBS, and Career Transition targets.
• Communicate and implement National and Regional office initiatives.
• Ensure high Data Integrity in reporting.
• Build relationships with the community and employers.
• Manage departmental staff, budgets, and performance evaluations.
• Prepare and provide necessary reports for DOL and CSD.
• Comply with Equal Employment and Affirmative Action policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with three years of program management experience in a similar setting.
• Preferred Master's degree and experience working with the program's target population.
• Knowledge of education and training for young adults in a residential setting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire staff.
