Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory, quality, and safety standards.
- Lead and develop the hourly team.
- Manage support functions like payroll and scheduling.
- Maintain facility excellence and uphold hospitality standards.
- Assist the General Manager with employee relations.
- Establish and nurture community relations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of senior management experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.
- Experience with P&L responsibilities.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Ability to train and develop staff.
