Production Worker

Job Description

ATI is currently seeking a Production Worker to join our Atomizer department at the Oakdale, PA facility. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the atomization process, transforming molten metal into durable powder utilized in aerospace, nuclear, and national defense applications. Responsibilities include operating the atomizing unit, preparing melt chamber equipment, and ensuring the accuracy of product chemistry.

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain all equipment
• Weigh out raw materials accurately
• Prepare heats efficiently for atomization
• Perform refractory tasks
• Clean, assemble, and inspect equipment
• Verify readiness for atomization
• Install furnace into the melt chamber

Basic Qualifications

• General HS Diploma / GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing, Military, or Industrial experience

Skills

• Basic computer skills
• Mechanically inclined
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
