About Us: Middle River Aerostructure Systems, a world-leading manufacturer of thrust reversers, engine nacelle components, and specialized aerostructures, is seeking a Materials and Process Engineer for Documentation Management. Located in Maryland near Baltimore, MRAS has a rich history of designing and building civil and military aircraft. Role Summary

The Materials and Process Engineer will serve as the focal point for managing engineering documentation. Responsibilities include coordinating engineering reviews, managing material and process documentation, and supporting engineering change documentation. The candidate will work closely with internal functional groups and demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage engineering specification documentation and technical documents.
  • Lead engineering specification change board meetings.
  • Standardize and update documentation templates.
  • Create engineering change documentation and track changes to completion.
  • Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering or related field.
  • Technical background in composites or materials-based industry.
  • Working knowledge of engineering control and configuration management.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • US Citizen or permanent green card holder.
