Salary: $24-$28/hr, FT, Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, 40 hours/week

CRMG is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform repairs, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, janitorial services, and pool maintenance at the 296-unit Pioneer Ridge Apartments community. The ideal candidate must exhibit attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently or within a team.

Requirements

• Two years of previous apartment maintenance experience
• Landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair knowledge
• Pool maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and operate janitorial equipment
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and clean driving record
• Familiarity with safety rules, Landlord, Tenant, and Fair Housing Laws
