Job Description

We are looking for a Management Team Member in North Pinellas County, FL, to join our Domino's family. This role offers an hourly rate between $14.50 to $17.50 with bonus eligibility, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits, including Medical, Dental, and Paid Vacation.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in coordinating and overseeing team tasks and assignments.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including cost controls, inventory management, and customer relations.
• Assist in developing future leaders by mentoring and setting a positive example.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering teamwork and high standards.
• Participate in staffing, paperwork, food management, time management, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in all operational tasks and the ability to train others.
• Ability to operate equipment, stock ingredients, and prepare products efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and handle orders effectively.
• Good numerical abilities for cash handling and inventory management.
