Job Description
GoldOller Real Estate Investments is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our fantastic team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance operations related to apartment home upkeep and turns. This position offers a $1,500 retention bonus and has the potential to earn over $2,000 per year in commissions.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance of residential apartment homes and other areas on the property including building exteriors, interiors, and public areas.
- Carry out small appliance, plumbing, electrical repairs in residential apartment homes and other areas on the property.
- Respond to emergency calls according to company policy for after-hour emergencies.
- Additional duties as per job description.
Skills Required
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of multifamily facilities/apartment maintenance experience.
- Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- EPA certification and exceptional safety skills.
- Personal tools and vehicle preferred.
- Ability to lift over 50lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Willingness to work weekends and travel within the region.
