Job Description
We are GoldOller Real Estate Investments, a leading real estate investment company, seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of residential apartment homes and property facilities. This role offers a $1,500 retention bonus and has potential commission earnings exceeding $2,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance on residential apartment homes, building exteriors, interiors, and public areas.
- Conduct repairs in plumbing, electrical systems, small appliances, and other areas as needed.
- Respond to emergency calls according to company policies.
- Additional duties as per the job description.
Skills Required
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in multifamily facilities/apartment maintenance.
- Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- EPA certification required.
- Exceptional safety skills with personal tools.
- Availability to work weekends as needed and travel to other properties in the region.
- Physical ability to push, pull, lift over 50lbs, stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
